  2. Ependymoma

Answer

Metastasis is correct. High-grade astrocytoma is a close differential but the history was against it. Ependymoma & choroid plexus tumors are intraventricular & occur at a younger age. Hemangioblastoma has a cystic component & an enhancing nodule.
