Dr. Sarmad Bukhari is currently working as an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Northwest School of Medicine located in Peshawar, Pakistan. He completed his MBBS from Khyber Medical College in 2013 and pursued his neurosurgery residency training at Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi. He was awarded the FCPS degree in the year 2020. Dr. Sarmad is also ECFMG certified and has 40+ quality publications focusing on different areas of neurosurgery. Due to his outstanding performance, he was awarded Excellence in Research Award by AKUH in 2021. His interest lies in cerebrovascular surgery and skull base surgery.
