Ahsan Ali Khan is a Neurosurgeon with a special interest in Neuro-Oncology. He attended medical school and completed his neurosurgical training at the Southeast University, Nanjing, China. He pursued advanced training by completing the Global Neurotrauma Fellowship in affiliation with the Barrow Neurological Institute, Phoenix, Arizona, the Meditech Foundation, Colombia, and the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Furthermore, he completed an AO Spine Fellowship at the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2020. Currently, he has joined the Department of Neurosurgery at the Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan as a Surgical Neuro-Oncology fellow. His area of interest includes neuro-oncology (brain and spine), innovations in neurosurgery, and capacity building in limited resource settings.
